Mindful Morning

Start your day with a mindful morning practice. Ease in slowly, wake up your body and set yourself up for a clear-headed day ahead. In this yoga class we will move intentionally and attentively through a gentle yet energising practice to find what feels good. The class weaves mindfulness in movement and stillness and leaves you ready to conquer your day.
