Dynamic Flow & Self Massage
A playful class with roots in vinyasa, but informed by movement science and inspired by organic shapes. It combines dynamic movement with mindfulness. Transitions from asana to asana are guided by the breath. We move together, honouring our individual rhythms, abilities and energy levels.
The class allows enough time for relaxation and invites you to show yourself love, taking care of body and mind with a gentle self-massage practice at the end of the class.
