Ready, Steady, Flow!
Ready, Steady, Flow has roots in Hatha and Vinyasa practices, but is informed by movement science and inspired by organic shapes. You will recognise poses, flows and transitions, but might experience them in new ways.
The class starts with a gentle and grounded practice. From there we work out different postures together step by step, building short and sweet – sometimes spicy- sequences that invite you to experience your body and mind in flow. The end of class brings you back to a meditative practice in stillness and a gentle self massage gets you ready to step off the mat and back into the world.
Suitable for al levels. Come as you are.
This class is taught hybrid. You can join in person in the studio or from the comfort of your home.
